Complaints

In case you have questions, remarks or a complaint please contact us during business hours by phone on +31(0)652883848. You can also send us an email on sales@salesbridges.nl. We are happy to assist you. 

If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, please let us know. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as completely as possible) to sales@salesbridges.nl. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible and no later than five days after we received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation within two days of your complaint and let you know when we expect a substantive reply. If we cannot mutually resolve the complaint, there is a dispute that is subject to settlement.
