Deliveries

We will deliver your product to the address you specified when placing the order. You cannot change the address if your order has already been shipped.
Our house transporters, DHL or PostNL, take care of the distribution, depending on the size of the shipment. When the package has been sent, you will receive a track & trace code from us, which you can use to track the order. We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. Delays are unfortunately possible.
For orders of large format, on pallets and for example containers and everything else, you must be present at the time of delivery. You must also be in possession of your own forklift or something similar to be able to receive the shipment. If you do not have your own forklift or pump truck, you must report this to us at the time of placing your order. Delays with carriers are unfortunately possible.
If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. If this is not possible, you can request us to (a) immediately refund the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).

Returns

You can always return the product within 14 days after you have received it. You must first make this known by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. If we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount of the product, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. The costs for the return shipment are for your account, unless stated otherwise. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep the product.
